03/03/22 CDD Meeting

The CDD met on 03/03/22. During Supervisor comments a discussion of a possible future linear park running along the FPL powerline easement was discussed. The discussion was mostly positive, and revolved around adding a 3rd access point behind the community pool, and legal issues around land handover from FPL and Lee County. As the legal staff reviews these issues it will placed on future agendas.
